ROYAL SMITH 90-008 Silver case with silver indices dial

Designed from scratch with carefully selected parts. Inspired by vintage watches from the 1940s, this model uses a cushion-type case that was common in those days. The classic Breguet numerals on the dial are individually applied by hand, and we add textures to the dial surface. The watch glass and back are fitted with domed sapphire crystals with AR coating. Each watch is individually assembled by KUOE's own watchmakers in the workshop in KYOTO.

For the pulsating heart of the watch, the Cal.9039 made by CITIZEN MIYOTA, a high-frequency movement manufactured in Japan, was adopted.

This high-frequency movement oscillates 28,800 times per hour (8 times per second), reducing the sweep of the seconds hand and dramatically increasing the accuracy of the watch.

The thickness of the Cal.9039 – a mechanical movement that MIYOTA revived after a period of about 30 years as a thin high-performance movement – is only 3.9mm, unrivaled even by the Swiss-made ETA2824, which has gained worldwide popularity

5/5

What a splendid visit to The Watch Garage in Porto. I was greeted by Andre and so happily got to hear about his passion for his collection of watches. I am extremely happy with the Blue Dial Datejust as I have been looking for a color dial all throughout Portugal during my two weeks here. The room is carefully curated with artworks of motorsports, another passion of Andre. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

"Wow! This is such a cool place to check out! So many watches, brands, and history all in one place. This is a definite place you want to stop at on your trip, because it takes you back in time and fits in with the charm of Porto that you just soak in where you are. André was very helpful and informative. My husband picked out this gorgeous watch and had a great experience talking with the owner."
