After receiving many requests, KUOE launched a 38 mm version of its bestseller OLD SMITH 90-002.

OLD SMITH 90-002 raised 13 million yen for its original crowdfunding release and has remained a bestseller to this day. This 38 mm version maintains the same classic and robust style as the original, but with a larger case size.

The OLD SMITH 90-002 is a "field watch" inspired by British military watches from the 1940s to 1970s. The thick numbers and large hour/minute pointers were designed with an emphasis on visibility and using orange-tone luminescent paint (using the Swiss Super-LumiNova®). The dial has a satin and textured finish to further emulate the dial designs of that time. The watch case (made of 316L stainless steel) is intentionally polished to add a little elegance to a robust design.

The OLD SMITH 90-002L comes with two nylon straps. These straps have a flexible texture and can be used for a wide range of situations. Unlike traditional leather straps, these are perfect for the hot summer months and for a more casual look
