Unfiltered opinion:
If the Submariner is the king of Rolex sport watches, the Datejust is definitely the king of Rolex dress watches.
Timeless design, great size, classy, elegant, unmistakable.
If there’s a watch you can’t ever go wrong it’s a Datejust.
This particular example has the so called “anniversary dial” with a radial placement of the numerals and the word Rolex making for a slightly textured dial which let me tell you, works amazingly well and gives it such a unique character.
This example is fully serviced and in overall very good condition, bracelet has some stretch but nothing abnormal.
