Ref. 3717 was the successor to the classic 3706.
Its case was updated to 42 and both dial and hands got a make-over, while the movement remained unchanged.
The IWC Pilot Chronograph reference IW3717-01 is the epitome of what makes IWC and its ability to produce perfect pilot's watches so appealing. The 42mm wide case on this piece is very wearable and comfortable considering the details and complications on offer. From its gorgeous satin case finish to its traditional pilot's chronograph dial design, there is no possibility of confusing this watch for anything other than an IWC.
This watch has only slight wear and age signs but overall condition is very good.
